The Portland Art Purchase Society welcomes you to this, the 34th Annual Art Exhibition.
Should you wish to purchase any artwork, please contact one of the Committee members at the front desk at the Exhibition. Please note that all works bearing a coloured dot have already been purchased.
Your purchase will be available for collection after the close of the exhibition on Sunday 7th March 2010 between 4:30pm and 6.00pm.
Paintings are hung in alphabetical order wherever possible.

Conditions of Sale
1. All works of art at the exhibition are for sale and may be purchased either by payment in full, or secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit with the balance of payment to be paid upon collection, between 4:30 pm and 6.00 pm on Sunday 7th March 2010. Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa are welcome.
2.Your painting is identified as sold by a coloured dot and a receipt is issued. In all cases receipts must be presented at the time of collection. Paintings may not be removed prior to the exhibition closing at 4:00m on Sunday 8th March 2010. The committee accepts no responsibility for safekeeping after collection time, at 4:30pm on Sunday 7th March 2010.
3. All works of art have been attributed to those artists named, in reliance on information given by the exhibitors. The Committee has not verified the authenticity thereof and no responsibility is accepted by the Committee or Portland Art Purchase Society Inc.
4. In all matters pertaining to sales and general business of the exhibition, the decisions of the Committee are final and no negotiations will be entered into.
5. All care is taken in producing the catalogue but no responsibility will be taken for errors in details with respect to the actual entries.
